Welcome to the Official Website of the United Architects of the Philippines Bacolod Chapter.

The United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) is the duly accredited organization for architects in the Philippines. Established in 1975, the UAP was the result of the integration of the three architectural organizations of the time, the Philippine Institute of Architects (PIA), the Association of Philippine Government Architects (APGA), and the League of Philippine Architects (LPA).

Being the duly accredited organization for architects, UAP aims to:

• unite all registered architects in the Philippines.
• establish and promote the highest standards of ethical conduct and excellence in the practice and service of the architectural profession.
• uplift the standards of architectural education, conduct researches, accumulate and disseminate information and ideas in architecture, environmental design, ecology, technology, culture and other related fields.
• cooperate and coordinate with other allied professions, trade and industry.
• participate in matters concerning national development of the country.
• cooperate with the Board of Architecture and other government agencies.
• cooperate and coordinate with international organizations in the fields of architecture, environmental design and other fields of arts, science and technology.
• render any lawful and appropriate assistance to any of its members.

• find in the fulfilment of these aims its modest contributions towards the making of a better and happier world to live in.
