How do I change my password?
Using Telnet, a. Dial to Lasaltech b. Using
Windows 95 or higher, click start, click run, c. Type: telnet mozcom.com, then click
OK d. Type your login name and
password. e. At the moscom prompt,
type passwd. It will ask for your old password. Enter the old
password. f. Now, type the new
password. The program will do this twice. g. You will see a message "password had been changed" then type
exit. Please note that your new password must have at least
6 characters and/or a combination of numeric, alphabetic and special characters like &, $, %.

Go to http://www.mozcom.com/user/lobtime.asp.
Just enter your username and password, check the month you wish to check and
click the submit button.
You can also check your logtime (not the detailed)
by using the Telnet Program. Here's how:
a. Dial to Lasaltech. b. Click start, run (Assuming
you are using windows 95 or higher.) c. Type: "telnet mozcom.com" and
click OK. d. Type your login name and password. e. Once you
are in, type logtime. f. If finished, type exit.

There are many possibilities. Check the
following:
- Does your telephone line has a dial tone
before you click connect?
- Is your modem connected to the telephone
jack?
- Is your modem turned on?
- Did you type the correct password?
If the answer is Yes, you should be able to
connect. Try again and call our tech support staff fi the problem
persists.

How do I configure
Eudora?
If your e-mail address is [email protected],
and your name is John Doe.
a. Click on tools, options/special
settings. b. Click on getting
started. In the pop account, type [email protected] In the real name,
John Doe. c. Click on hosts. In the
smtp, type mail.mozcom.com. e. Click
OK, That's it. Your Eudora is now configured.
If your e-mail address is
[email protected], and your name is John Doe.
a. Click on tools, options/special
settings. b. Click on getting

name, John Doe. c. Click on
hosts. In the smtp, type mail.lasaltech.com. e. Click OK, That's it. Your Eudora is now configured.

How do I configure
Netscape?
a. Click options, general preference, appearance, browsers
start with. Type http://www.yahoo.com/ or
http://www.google.com/.
b. Click on image, substitute colors,
OK. c. Click options, network
preferences, proxies, manual proxy configuration, view. d. On the http port, type proxy.lasaltech.com. On the
port, type 3128. e. Click OK, OK.
Your Netscape is now configured.

How
do I configure MIRC?
a. Click on file, setup. b. In the real name, type your full name. Or a bogus
one if you prefer to be anonymous. c.
In the e-mail address, type your e-mail address. Or a bogus one if you prefer to
be anonymous. d. In the nickname,
type your nick, example, poi2, anarcho, flamehead etc. e. In the alternative, type your alternative nick. This
will be used if someone has your nick already in the IRC. f. Click OK. Your MIRC is now configured.

How to add
another Eudora mailbox?
a. This assumes that you have another eudora in
your computer. b. Double click my
computer, Double click Drive c: (your harddisk). c. Click on the folder "eudora" Press Ctrl-C (What it
means is press the ctrl key, and while pressing it press the c
key.) d. Press ctrl-v, press the F5
key. e. Find the folder "copy of
eudora". Rename the folder to say, "pauls folder". How do you
rename? Click on the folder, wait for 2 seconds, click on the name
underneath. f. Double click that
folder and drag the icon eudora to your desktop. g. When you double click on the new eudora icon, your
configurations would still be the same, just change it.
